LOW-COST BULK SAMPLING
STEP ONE: Our tough little 2.6KW jaw-crusher is ideal for field work. Collect a tonne of rocks and inside an hour of feeding it through you will have a enough <25mm ore to fill a dozen buckets.
STEP TWO: Dump a bucket of crushings into our mobile fluid-energy Nuggety mill. In five minutes the ore will have been micronised – all except the mineral fraction that is collected separately. Any visible gold that was in the rock can immediately be inspected in the gold tray. Or empty all your buckets into the mill to collect all the mineral at the end of the run. No water or chemicals is used, and very little energy compared with ball mills.
